Tuscan Ridge, Davenport, is a well kept and tranquil community just off highway US 27 that offers the absolute best combination of factors when looking for a place to stay in Orlando. It's no more than 20 minutes to Disney! Pine trees border the west side of the community, followed by the protected Florida Swamp area futher west. A multitude of wildlife occasionally graces our villa if you are lucky enough during your vacation. You will be surprised how quiet the area around our villa is - no highway traffic, no noise, the perfect way to unwind after a hectic day out at Orlando's attractions, golf courses, and malls.
The welcome to Tuscan RidgeThe community usually attracts families or groups that want to be close to the Orlando attractions but appreciate the need to be able to get away from it all and be able to unwind without any noise or neighbours overlooking the plots. Plenty of other villas are nice, but not many offer the sort of surroundings that Tuscan Ridge offers. Most people never look for anywhere else to stay in Florida after visiting the community. We get a big percentage of repeat bookings for the simple reason that the location combines the best of all worlds when you are choosing vacation accommodation.

It's easy to opt for the best price villa without considering its location or community. However the community really adds to your vacation, and can make or break your holiday. You should feel safe, have great landscaping, and in a convenient stress free location - something Tuscan Ridge can easily offer you.
Great landscaping and community tennis courts
Tuscan Ridge was built in 2004 and consists of 2 sub communities - Village and Countryside. Dave's Florida Villa is on the Countryside sub community. As you enter the Tuscan Ridge estate turn right at the roundabout to enter The Village, and left to enter Countryside. If you look closely there is a clubhouse and tennis court that guests are able to use if you remember to bring your tennis racquets! To get to our villa after turning left at the roundabout, turn right onto Dolcetto Drive, left at Moscato Drive, down the hill and then another left onto Barbera Drive. Past the pine trees and we are on the right hand side.
The drive in to Tuscan Ridge
It is a fantastic location and takes less than 5 minutes to jump on to Interstate 4 to head off to Walt Disney World or other Orlando attractions nearby such as Seaworld and Universal Studios. This avoids all of the painful traffic signals on the US 192 and gets you to your location much quicker than you think. If you want to head to the west entrance of the 192 you can do so in around 10 minutes' drive north. This gives you access to 20 miles of attractions, restaurants, and shops along the 192, including the fabulous Celebration town and Old Town cruises on Friday and Saturday night.
As far as eating out is concerned, the US Highway 27 is well situated for plenty of places to eat. Head north to Berry where there is an Applebees, Kumo Japanese restaurant, Sunday's Grill, Dhaba Indian, Mia Pizza, Bamboo Wok, and even Paddy Wagon's Irish pub. South to the I4 junction there is a Beef O'Brady's restaurant, most of the typical chains, and several nice restaurants to eat at. For a good value and hearty family meal we recommend Applebees at Berry.
The home owners association (TRMHOA) ensures that all houses are well kept and to specification. A yearly fee is paid to the association by all villa owners to ensure that the services and landscaping is in tip top condition. The HOA also monitors the houses and controls the look of the community so it is consistent, clean, and landscaping is kept maintained to a certain standard. The end result is a fantastic looking community that really adds to your vacation at our villa.
