These rates offer fantastic value for money in the Tuscan Ridge and Orlando area. Close to Disney and numerous World famous golf courses. As of 2019 our pound sterling prices are calculated at the time of payment. Dollar rates are reviewed annually. Please contact us to confirm the price. Private Pool heating is $25 per day. The spa is heated by the same heat pump as the pool so you will need to order pool heating to also get the spa up to a nice temperature (104F). We provide a solar blanket for the pool in order to keep it warmer overnight in the winter months. Pool heat is 86F-88F.

Bookings of 5 nights or less will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due to secure your dates. A refundable security deposit of $300 is due before your arrival date. This deposit will be repaid back to you within thirty days of leaving the villa once we have confirmed that the villa has not suffered any damage and the key has been returned. Balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date or at the time of booking if arrival date is within 8 weeks.
We understand you may have some queries that we haven't covered in the site. So please feel free to contact us for any details or queries. We check emails every hour or so (when we're not sleeping), and will respond promptly to any questions. The prices shown above are for seven nights' accommodation and are the maximum rental rates charged in US Dollars. Sterling prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations. These prices are for the villa rental and are not per person. Prices include taxes, electricity, water, air-conditioning, cable TV, & clean bed linen and towels.
